Chicago rapper and Save Money member, Vic Mensa releases his first project under Roc Nation, titled "There's A Lot Going On." In this 7-song EP, Mensa addresses a lot of issues occurring in his life as well as the world around us, from his new bae all the way to the murder of Chicago teen, Laquan McDonald and the youth exercising their right to vote. Like many of his Windy City predecessors like Common and Lupe Fiasco, Vic takes a political approach to this project and uses this as a wake up call for the younger generation and a way to vent his own personal struggles and triumphs.
